Our Fees

At Hysway Psychology, we are committed to providing transparent, high quality psychological care.

Our consultation fees are reviewed annually, generally effective from 1 July. Fee reviews consider changes in operating costs, professional standards, industry recommendations, and the ongoing provision of evidence based psychological care. Standard Psychology Consultation (50 minutes): $245.00

This fee applies to standard private consultations.

If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate towards your psychology sessions.

Current Medicare rebate amounts, eligibility requirements, and gap payment information are outlined in our Fee Schedule Policy, as rebate amounts are determined by the Australian Government and may change independently of our consultation fees.

Please note that Medicare rebates contribute towards the cost of treatment and do not cover the full consultation fee.

Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Invoices for third party funded services are issued in accordance with the relevant funding agreement.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Providing adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client requiring care.
